I just finished up my second tube of this so I've been using this for months and while it didn't make anything worse I don't really think it made things much better. It did a fair job at keeping your eyes bright meaning no dark circles however circles aren't exactly a problem for me. My Approach was more so because vitamin C is very good for my skin I thought it'd be pretty good for my eye but I didn't really notice much of a drastic difference. It does moisturize very well and yes it does work on dark circles but like I said mines aren't exactly bad anyway.
