There's a reason why this liquid eyeliner has been around so long without it being adjusted weather in packaging or formula and it's because it's very reliable. Overall really good liquid eyeliner good pen good formula and good staying power. Slight deductions because at the end of the bottle by the time finished with it I feel like it starts crackling but usually by that time it's pretty close to being finished up and that's with me closing the cap right after I'm done.
