This is hands down the best eye remover I have ever used. It's first of all not oily which a lot of eye makeup removers that work are very oily but not this one it's very light and does not leave a film. All you do is put some water cotton ball wipe your eye let it sit for a little bit and wipe again. It pretty much all comes off without pawing tugging or stretching.
