This is basically what my aesthetician recommends for a mechanical exfoliate. Yes, it does work, and it actually works very gently.So you can't really overdo it, which I know, is more common with some of the harsher exfoliators. I have a huge problem with it, though i'm constantly dropping stuff and I scrub my face in the shower. So I'm constantly dropping it in the shower, and it's basically rendered useless. Once it hits water, so it doesn't really matter how careful I am at some point. It's gonna be dropped in the water. I recently dropped one in the tub about midway through and ended up turning it into a hand scrub.Total waste of money. Its not the products fault. However, it's just one of those packaging issues.
