You can't beat a five-star product that it was super cheap. I know it's Avon and it's an old lady brand but this is what you call an oldie but goodie in every way. Does what it says and it's super cheap it's currently on sale for 2.99 on the Avon website at the moment. Can't beat that. Glides on super smooth pigmented and long-lasting you don't have to worry about running. Highly recommended.
